We are a mixed billing practice dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to all patients. Please refer to the following fee policy:

Medicare Patients

• Medicare cardholders can only book with Dr Gao, Dr Guo, or Dr Ye. If you cannot find them available for booking, they may be fully booked or unavailable. Please call our reception for more information.

International Students and Visitors

• Patients with eligible OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover) or OVHC (Overseas Visitor Health Cover) can benefit from direct billing. Please check with reception for details on participating insurance providers.
• A gap payment applies for all GP appointments for OVHC cardholders.

New Fee Policy (Effective from 1st Jan 2023)

To ensure the provision of high-quality care, from 1st Jan 2023, we implemented a new fee policy.

• For Medicare cardholders, we offer Bulk Billing for standard consultations to students, pensioners, and health care cardholders.
• For international students with eligible OSHC and specific insurance providers, we offer direct billing for standard consultations (physical or electronic insurance card required).

Long Consultation & New Patient Fee Policy

• From 1st Jan 2023, a standard fee applies for long consultations (≥20 minutes) for all patients.
• From 1st Nov 2023, a standard fee applies for the initial consultation of all new patients and patients without GP consultations in the past 12 months.

Nurse Appointments

• Nurse appointments are Bulk Billed at any time.
