To ensure that no patient is disadvantaged, we offer the following accessibility options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bulk billed telehealth appointments<\/strong> (phone or video) with your regular GP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bulk billed home visits<\/strong> for eligible patients within our service area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bulk billed in-person consultations at AIMHealth Melbourne Central Medical Centre<\/strong>, which has full disability access, is only 400 metres away, and uses the same secure medical record system to ensure continuity of care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patients transferred to AIMHealth Melbourne Central Medical Centre for accessibility reasons will continue to be bulk billed according to the Student Medical Centre\u2019s billing policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request any of these accessibility options, please phone our reception team (03) 9005 2118, or speak to us in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This clinic follows the AMA Code of Ethics and RACGP Standards to provide care impartially and without discrimination.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AIM Health Melbourne Student Medical Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Accessibility Statement \u2013 Public Notice Alternative Access Pathways for Patients with Disability At AIM Health Melbourne Student Medical Centre, we are committed to ensuring that all patients, including those with disability or mobility limitations, can access our services in ways that maintain their dignity and provide equitable care.
